The friendly staff's attention to detail, such as the marinated herring fillet and diverse tea selection, truly impressed us.Our spacious room provided all necessary amenities for a cozy stay, including a kettle, iron, and fridge. The fast WiFi and private underground parking added to the convenience. The team's proficiency in English and their warm assistance made us feel right at home.As a family man, I appreciated the inclusive amenities for children, such as the opportunity to explore a Children's Farm in Neuss and the exciting jogging tracks near the Rheinpark. Moreover, the offer of free meals for kids under 12 made dining stress-free and cost-effective for our family.Holiday Inn offered a welcoming atmosphere with a touch of Bavarian charm.
